YETI does not offer in-kind product donations to nonprofits or individuals. However, they provide discounts on select products through the YETI Fundraising Program. YETI Fundraising Program
The YETI Fundraising Program is designed for nonprofit organizations with an active 501(c)(3) status, enabling them to purchase YETI Tundra® Hard Coolers and Rambler® Drinkware at discounted rates. All products bought through this program must be used exclusively for fundraising activities. While blank items cannot be resold, custom products featuring your organization’s logo can be resold for fundraising purposes.
To determine your eligibility, complete the YETI Fundraising Program application thoroughly. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Qualified applicants will receive quotes within 1-2 business days.
If your organization does not qualify for this program, you can explore YETI’s Corporate Sales bulk discount program for purchasing products.
Eligibility
- Must be a nonprofit organization with active 501(c)(3) status.
- Provide a copy of your 501(c)(3) IRS Determination Letter. This letter must be from the IRS and explicitly reference your nonprofit designation. EINs, W-9 forms, or state documents are not accepted.
- If tax-exempt, submit documentation for the order destination state before placing an order (separate from the IRS Determination Letter).
- All products purchased through the program must be used exclusively for fundraising initiatives.
- The minimum order amount is $350.00 after the discount, excluding tax and shipping.
- Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
- YETI reserves the right to approve or deny orders at its sole discretion. Pricing and product availability are subject to change.
How to Apply for YETI Donations
Apply for the Fundraising Program here. Qualified applicants will receive a quote within 1-2 business days.
Approve the quote and place your order. The review process takes 1-2 business days.
After placing your order, artwork conversion takes up to 5 business days.
Production for drinkware takes up to 3 weeks after payment and art approval. Subject to inventory availability.
